CraftBazaar Return & Refund Policy
At CraftBazaar, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Return Policy
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).
Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or discounted items
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@craftbazaar.ca within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the product was damaged or defective.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at mail@craftbazaar.ca.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mail@craftbazaar.ca.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and photos of the damage or issue, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
