Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- In the event of high demand or unexpected delays, we will notify you via email or phone with an updated delivery time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over CAD 100 across Canada. For orders under CAD 100, shipping rates are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): CAD 9.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): CAD 19.99
Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping option. All estimated delivery times are from the date of dispatch.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package in real-time.
Shipping Address Changes
To ensure prompt delivery, please make sure your shipping information is accurate at the time of order. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
CraftBazaar is not responsible for packages lost in transit, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
